New parents/guardians to the district need to create a ParentVUE account.

Returning parents/guardians will have an active ParentVUE account and will sign into ParentVUE to complete the registration process.

Parent/Guardian Account Activation

Parents/guardians who did not activate their ParentVUE account can get their activation key from the district. Click the “Activate Account” icon below the ParentVUE login form or visit the ParentVUE activation website.

Step 2 – School Meal Program
All students enrolled at Centennial Elementary, Scio Middle School, and Scio High School are eligible to receive one full breakfast and one full lunch at no charge to your household each day of the ’24-’25 school year.

No further action is required.

Ala Cartes, milk-only, and extras will continue to be offered; students must have money in their MealTime account to cover these purchases.

Step 3 – Other Forms (Grades 1-5)

You may print out the following forms to bring completed to Registration day to speed up the process or you can complete the forms at registration.

• K-8 OTC Medication Form
• Medication Authorization Form
• Optional Student Insurance (English)
• Optional Student Insurance (Spanish)

KINDERGARTEN:These forms will be filled out during Registration Day in August.
